Our experience here was amazing. Plenty of staff to make sure no one is hurt. Place smelled very sanitized and clean upon entering🥰restrooms are clean. Jump areas looked well maintained and in tack!!

Amazing place to bring your family and friends. The atmosphere when they have the lights of and the special effects lights on is amazing the kids love it. It's also the cleanest business I have been to in a long time, you can tell the owners actually care. You should definitely stop by there and check it out.
It is a nice place to visit. The music was a bit loud. You could hardly hear the cashier's or when you were in the observation area to carry on a conversation. The lounge upstairs was closed for no apparent reason. There were 15 parents milling around trying to find a place to be out of the way while their kids played. The collective assumption was they just didn't want to have to clean the area at closing time. Forcing in the adults to stand around in the reception area and snack bar. I did ask the manager on duty if he could open the area because there were so many parents and he said no. Sorry that area is closed.
We had an amazing time! Ashley was awesome. The park is always fun. Great job Altitude! We highly recommend their birthday package.
disappointed you can’t bring your own drink in. I was asked to take my own water cup outside. I completely understand not drinking on the mats but this was in the area where the parents stay.
