My family and I had an amazing time celebrating my daughter’s birthday here! It was so much fun! Erika was such a gracious, helpful hostess- we were in wonderful hands. She made sure we had everything we needed and took care of us from start to finish. I will definitely come back for playtime and the next time we are having a party for the kids. It’s an instant party and so effortless. Highly recommended 💯💯.
Be prepared to enter a world managed by undertrained and rude teenagers. The overall play experience was good for the children, however if you have to interact with the staff be ready to be treated like a dog. This place is honestly a huge disaster waiting to happen. I will gladly travel to another location in the future. Jasmine (lead who yelled loudly at my children for not having unban air socks), Jasmine front counter (failed to sell or notify us that we needed urban air brand socks), and Lilly (who treated me like a dog at the front counter when I tried to purchase socks). Crazy experience that I will definitely not relive again.
Brooke was very polite and helpful. She made my grandchildren happy and she has a smile that lights up the room it was my grandson birthday and due to her compassion and quick thinking customer service we left very pleased and satisfied. Thank Ms. Brooke for making our day happy holidays and many blessings to you and yours and the urban air family.
We had our sons birthday party here. And it was fabulous. If you get to choose your party host I would highly recommend Erica. She was great. She helped with decorations, she played with the kids, and even helped with the food. We are so thankful for her. She made our sons birthday the best. Thank you urban air Newnan!!
No time limit unless it became over crowded then it's 4 hours. Tons of time. It can get pretty pricey to do everything plus they charge an additional fee for socks.
