All the info you need

Game of Drones (8-14 yr)

Become a drone pilot and engineer! Campers will use their navigation skills and imaginations to navigate their drone through challenge courses. They will compete for the best challenge course designs, best piloting ability, and best problem-solving skills. Attractions of park will be incorporated into our lessons. Let’s see how you master the hands-on challenges of our famous Game of Drones at Gravity Extreme Zone!

Computer Game Design (8-14 yr)

Kodu is an amazing program for learning computer game design. It's easy to learn, but hard to master. It motivates students for further learning after completing our camp. It uses a simple visual programming language that allows students to create their imaginary world (space, underground, ...) and share their designs with others. The 3D game-making environment and visual logic will definitely impress and challenge the students. We are also going to challenge students to design some of the attractions at Gravity Extreme Zone using this software.Let's see who can create best attractions.

Robotics I-III (8-14yr)

Students are facinated by robots, now imagine designing a Robot! Students will get to build and program Lego Mindstorms robots that have human-like capabilities such as following sound commands, talking, lifting objects, and much more. They will learn the basics of programming robots, but will focus on building and testing their own completed robots. Students follow the Lego building instructions to create vehicles, animals, humanoids, and other amazing robot creatures. Students will explore how light, touch, sound, and ultrasonic sensors can enhance their robots. Let's see who can build a Robot to master an attraction of Gravity Extreme Zone.

Advanced STEM @Gravity (8-14yr)

The Advanced STEM camp is a special program with customized curriculum designed for students to learn from the attractions at Gravity Extreme Zone park! Students can’t wait to learn physics, math, engineering, and biology in the context of exciting activities like bungee jumping, trampolines, zip lines, and rock walls. Students will learn about the physics of simple machines including levers, pulleys, wedges, and wheels. We will explore how exercise and movement affects our bodies and design vehicles that can navigate the slides and half-pipes of Gravity. Students will engage in thrilling challenges such as catapult construction and robot balance beam competition. This camp will spark a lasting curiosity in STEM in the real world!

Gravity Adventures (8-14yr)

Gravity Adventures is an active camp for students to experience the thrill and fun at the adventure park. They will participate in age appropriate activities and challenges. In this camp we will not have standard classroom instruction– instead we will spend our time on the attractions.

C++ & Fortnite (8-14yr)

Learn the basics of C++ with emphasis towards game development. Create short C++ programs that highlight game-play of Fortnite. While we are playing Fortnite we will identify segments and moments of the game that highlight the concepts we have learned in C++ . We will look for loops, conditional-statements, game-play options, variables, subprograms and more.
First part of each day students will learn the different phases of the C++ programming language while the second part will be structured and intermittent game play. Fortnite is a slightly violent game, we would like to advise parents to only sign up for this camp if you allow your child to play a Teen rated game. We recommend it to above 10-year-old students, but allow above 8-year-old students with parents permission.

1st Robotics (6-8yr)

This class is the first step into our amazing Robotics Program using the Lego WeDo construction set. They will build with a special Lego set, learn a drag and drop program on the computer created by Labview, download their programs to the robots and make the robots 'come alive' by movements. Various sensors will enhance their designs. The activities are divided into 4 themes: Amazing Mechanisms, Wild Animals, Play Soccer and Adventure Stories. Students have non-stop hands-on fun in this camp!

1st Computer Game Design (6-8yr)

This camp is a unique opportunity for a young child to get an introduction to programming and designing a computer game. We will use Kodu to create cool landscapes, traverse various terrains, and add exciting custom characters to our game. Students can’t wait to start interacting with their own designed environment. Our young designers will have the chance to be creative while learning about mathematical concepts like rotation, elevation, two and three dimension, zooming and more.

1st STEM @Gravity (6-8yr)

My 1st STEM camp is a special program with customized curriculum designed for students to learn from the attractions at Gravity Extreme Zone park! Students can’t wait to learn physics, math, engineering, and biology in the context of exciting activities like bungee jumping, trampolines, zip lines, and rock walls. Students will learn about concepts like air resistance, friction, speed and acceleration, energy and even human anatomy all while experiencing the thrilling attractions at Gravity. They will have the opportunity to apply these concepts through activities like paper airplane construction and an egg-drop competition. Make your student’s first experience with STEM one that they will never forget!

1st Adventure Camp (6-8yr)

My First Adventure Camp is an active camp for students to experience the thrill and fun at the adventure park. They will participate in age appropriate activities and challenges. In this camp we will not have standard classroom instruction– instead we will spend our time on the attractions.

jr Superhero Training (4-6 yr)

Ever wanted to know what it’s like to run like the Flash? Or throw a shield like Captain America? Then this camp is for you! Students will be introduced to basic physical skills, like running, throwing, and catching, all in the spirit of our favorite Superheroes! We will play games and move around, just like Superheroes do! Let's see how our superheroes can concour the challenges at Gravity Extreme Zone.

Jr Lego Technology (4-6 yr)

Our Junior LEGO Technology Camp is the perfect place for well-planned Lego building with friends. Each day has a new theme, including cities, bridges, cars, animals and more. We will introduce students to geometry, physics, and engineering concepts while planning, building and testing our LEGO masterpieces. Our junior engineers will use blueprints, scales, and models as they create their amazing structures.

Jr Math & Science (4-6yr)

The camp curriculum engages students age in appropriate mathematical and scientific explorations, experiments, games, and logical applications. Additionally, students are exposed to a wide range of math and science topics through activities and discoveries. Subjects that are covered in our Junior Math/Science will include: math art, money, time, shapes, fossils, rockets, submarines, chemistry, and more. Students will learn how math applies to everything in the world around them, and learn how math and its applications can be a lot of fun! Our vision is to have all students experience the beauty of math and science through fun, engaging, and challenging hands-on activities. This is a very popular camp with lots of learning and fun.
