Confusing on where certain items are or should be located. Very expensive for dog food,vitamins, hip and joint. Not a very good variety to choose from. Popular items seem to be stacked high on the shelves. Refrigerator products are in the front and back of the store causing you to have to back track. Who wants to carry their milk or yogurt around the store for over an hour. Not enough full service check outs.
Not a bad shopping experience overall, but the door greeter lady was very rude even though I had my receipt ready to show and did nothing to her. The other door greeters I've encountered here are nice.
Refused to take a return that was over $50 the girl working the customer service desk, Sam was rude and snotty from the very beginning. Rolling her eyes and getting short with me because I didn’t have a receipt and I don’t know what card I used to pay for it. She called for back up and the front end lead Rich decided to refuse the return even though I had an id because it was over a certain dollar amount. He wouldn’t tell me what the entire total was and refused to take any return items off so it was below the amount. I wasn’t asking for cash back but just the Walmart gift card like they usually do for no receipt. Keep in mind the stuff was still brand new never opened or used. Every time I come to this store it gets worse and worse.. with their power trip employees and their rude behavior. It’s definitely worth the extra drive to go to clear brook!
The least crowded Walmart I've been to. I wish they had more than one or no regular check out lanes, but that's a Walmart problem, not a store issue. Always clean and less odd balls here than most.
Just shop there. You will see for yourself have poorly this store is taken care of. The LP team is a joke.nnThe actual walmart employees are amazing. Cart pushers, stockers, cashiers...etc...they are friendly and want to help. Past that....see for yourself.
