Good location for a kid’s birthday party. Lots of space for them to run around and burn off energy. This location has gotten better after the recent additions. The facility is usually clean and the employees are helpful.nSometimes not all the attractions are open, not sure if it’s due to staffing but minus a star for not having everything available for a 2 hour time block for a birthday party.
This place is awesome!! We had our son's birthday party here, and everyone had a great time. There's a variety of activities; rock walls, zip lipes, ball pits, trampolines and more. The staff was friendly and helpful and our party helper Kenny was great.
Don’t come here if you value yours and others safety, especially if you don’t want to be stabbed with glass or get a kick in the face. Every establishment has rules and regulations to enforce but here some staff members just stand around. Not caring when patrons are in danger. Before I even arrived, a child that was friends with my cousin was stabbed with glass on the foot in the dodgeball court. He ended up in the ER, luckily there weren’t any fragments stuck deep. Later in our visit a pair of patrons, likely around 13 were using the obstacle course in a dangerous way that endangered the kids. They were swinging and kicking at the end, not the beginning the staff members there didn’t care and stood there. Not only were some of the staff not doing their job properly but there were too little of them. At times multiple facilities were full of kids not respecting the rules with no staff in sight. Horrible experience.
My daughter loves this place. I'm considering getting a membership for her. This fulfills her appetite for indoor play
