Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Our new favorite place to celebrate birthdays! We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the perfect place .We changed our venue last minute so they didn't have any rooms available for reservations. We got there very early and were able to get a table . The place was almost empty. My daughter and her friends had a blast and parents enjoyed seeing our kids having so much fun! I was very skeptical after seeing all the negative comments about the place being dirty. We found everything in great condition and customer service was outstanding. I did notice that after 2:00 pm it started to get crowded. So if you prefer less crowds, like me, I recommend arriving when they open at 10. I also recommend taking your own water. Drinks are very overpriced. Other than that, our experience at Urban Air Spring was just perfect! Our kids played for 4 hours. They absolutely loved it. We'll definitely come back for future birthdays.

I did not have a very happy experience for the birthday party. I ordered two birthday parties for both my boys at the same day and at the same time.nnFirst of all, when we arrived, we were sent to a wrong party room. Then we were set to a room without my kids name on the door.nnWe should have one private host and one shared host. There were two girls there, but they had nothing ready for us at all. I had to keep finding them for things. They kept disappearing for getting things, plates, socks, spoons, lighter, pizza, cake knife…. Just nothing ready for us at all. We had to keep kids waiting. They two just walked super slow, wondering around for things we need.nnWe ordered 2 pepperoni pizza and 4 cheese pizza, and the host confirmed it with me before the party. But we still got 2 cheese and 4 pepperoni. The manager waived 2 pizzas for me at the end.nnWhen the hosts served food, they kept missing kids. Some kids were very little, they were scary to ask, I had to keep my eyes on them to make sure they have foods.nnThe hosts took away bottle waters and plastic spoons before the end of the party, some of the kids had no spoon or water for cake when they came back to the room.nnI supposed to have t shirts for birthday kids, I don’t have any.nnThe manage was helpful when I checked out, I also complained to her about my bad experience. Hope the quality of party can be better.nnGiving two stars to the manager and the place itself. It’s a fun place for kids. But I don’t think I will come here again for party.

I had my 11th Birthday Party here wii friends & cousions. We had a blast ! We booked a table , so we could skip the line. They gave up free socks & since it was my birthday, they game me a free urban air pink shirt !! It was soo fun & definitely recommend tou should go. it was free for all my guestes because we paid for everything. 💗💗

Chaos… that’s how to describe my first experience. Sign in is easy and the young lady in the front was helpful and very kind. Not enough personnel to enforce the rules and the some parents aren’t really paying attention. The ninja course was just full of little ones in the ball-pit having the best time of their lives. The whole deluxe,ultimate, regular wasn’t enforced so it wasn’t worth what was paid. People for sure taking advantage of that fact and playing along with a wristband and socks. The only place where it mattered was the rope coarse. The smell was awful coming from the foam pit. Definitely bathing the kids in purrell. I hope this place finds enough staffing.

I saw a young lady crying while ordering some food.. She was the only person working and she was doing everything from taking or and giving drinks. There was a long line. Management needs to do better at this location.
