Thunderzone

This was our first time. We did a couples date. We did bowling and pool. The bowling experience was the worse the game kept freezing and going on to the next person with one of us finish doing our round. We have tried to reset it several times and it wouldn’t work we had to stop to reset then when it didn’t we went and got someone then they reset but goes to the next person. It did it several times and then they moved us to lane 2 which did it too. We was very frustrated and it ruined our game. We paid for one hour and barely bowled one game. It’s very expensive number one for us to be going through that. For one hour we should have been able to get out of games out of that. Not happy at all with this place.

On a Saturday night, which is probably usually busy like this Saturday night was, they only had a limited food menu. Out of all the things on the menu, pretty much only pizza, wings, and fries were available. It was only 6:30pm, so it wasn't late at all. The wings had a good flavor, but were kind of undercooked. The fries and pizza were good though. The bartender was awesome! I recommend the Grateful Dead drink.

We came out tonight to celebrate my friend husband birthday. We have had an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and the manager was SUPER COOL!!! She recommended good drink and food choices. The amount for the bowling was decent and not overly pricey. But the reason that they get 3 stars from me and not 5 is because whoever owns this place does not appeal at all to the black customers that they have in this facility. I asked the manager about the music and if it could be changed and she politely explained that she could not change up the music from the mainly white mainstream music because she was not allowed to by ownership. She apologized and said that it’s a family entertainment center and I get that but it’s NO KIDS IN HERE for real and as a person of color I feel that the music should be diversified and appeal to the LARGE AFRICAN AMERICAN crowd that also comes in here and spend our money too. I asked her what nationality the ownership was and she didn’t want to get into that and maintained that she was unable to change the music. But ownership should realize that the African American customer spends as much money in here as anyone else and would like to see our culture represented more

Had a nice time. Went on a Friday night about 6:00 and barely anyone there. Of course, most people didn't start showing up until around 9:00 for cosmic bowling. Ordered food and it was very tasty. They had a great price on happy hour selections. Overall a great time!!

Party of 8 at noon today! Young ladies working the bowling counter were VERY nice and helped me pick a package and save some $! Kids LOVED laser tag, thanks to the nice young man that helped us with that. Games were fun, cosmic bowling was great, the real star was JACKIE, the bartender at JT's that brought us everything we needed and quickly. Pizza, wings, drinks, refills, napkins, plates, etc. When we told her the kids were thirsty from laser tag she immediately brought our drinks out. 🥰 Thank You Jackie! Our party had fun!!!
