Aaron Armfield review for Soar Trampoline Park
They have toddler time every Saturday from 9-11 (I think Wednesday, too). The price is great then, the staff is all teenagers, not the friendliest. They seem to at least try and fix damages, have seen exposed springs and plywood before, though. Overall, it's a pretty cool place, though.

They like to close earlier than the hours are posted but yet still charge you full price for the full hour. I really hope the management starts taking better care of their paying customers or else this place will be out of business due to their lack of customer service.

Hey Soar,nYou might want to check your foam pit. For children, animals, anything really. I spent about 1 hour and 45 minutes on site. Kids had a blast and customer service was 50/50. But let's talk about the number of STAFF that were missing from the floor. There were 5 to 6 FEMALE staff members behind the ticket/drink counter, 1 and a half Male staff on the entire warehouse floor. Let us also keep in mind that the main male staff member that held his post the entire time, was located right in front of the ticket/drink counter. I am guessing his job is to watch for safety concerns and such. Now as you may know there is a LEFT SIDE & RIGHT SIDE to the location. The main trampoline floor and the ticket/drink counter are on the LEFT SIDE. The main foam pit is on the RIGHT SIDE. Ok, zero and I mean ZERO staff members were on the RIGHT SIDE for the entire 1 hour and 45 min I myself was present on site. WHO THE HECK IS WATCHING THE FOAM PIT! Have you ever used a foam pit. Kids of any age that can crawl/climb up the 3 steps, can make their way into the pit. OKnSO, my main point is, the entire time I was at SOAR in Joplin, I had a thought I could NOT shake. I wonder if there is a child trapped under the foam while all these kids are jumping in and out.nnNote: My eight-year-old son compared the foam pit to quicksand.nnNow, I feel like this type of establishment would have certain rules to follow and certain roles to be carried out by employees.nnMight I suggest a lifeguard type role for the foam pit.nUnless your waiver, which included the mention of possible Death is enough for you guys to continue business this way.
Erica Reynolds review for Soar Trampoline Park
We hosted my daughters birthday party at Soar. Overall, her party was good and she had a great time. Our main complaint was how warm the room was. We upgraded to a private room, which we thought would work out better for us. We started getting situated and noticed how warm the room was. When we asked our party host about lowering the temp or turning it on, she said she wasn’t able to turn it any lower because it was already set at 67°. The current room temp was 79°. Within another 15 minutes it was at 80°. My mom and husband both went to speak with the manager about it and we’re told “sorry that’s how it is. The air is on.” I went and spoke to him myself also and was incredibly disappointed in his responses. No offers to find a solution. No fans to help cool it. At this point our cake was literally starting to melt and fall due to the warmth. I told him I would like to move to the table that were nearby outside the room and would I receive any compensation for this? Thankfully we were only charged the cost of the table party package instead of the room party package but other than that there was no solutions offered or anything. We were really disappointed in his tone and attitude about it. Clearly the AC system has issues. It was cool in the front of the building where registers are is clearly working fine because you could feel it and it was cool. Our party host was friendly and we had no complaints about her. She was helpful and kind. I hope they fix the AC problem, or ya know clean the vents because they were caked with dust, but I’d be leery of using a room during summer. If you’re going to pay $300+ for a private room party the AC should definitely feel like it’s working and not just “the way it is.”
