My kids enjoyed their time. I did question the reason the hand soaps were well out of reach for kids to use.nnWe are looking forward to returning when the ninja warrior course is back open.
Do not recommend.nnThis was our first visit to this location and we will not be returning. Most definitely unregulated, saw about 2 staff members (one at the basketball trampoline and dodge ball areas) both were on their phones. Very dangerous equipment with visible wear and tear. There were about 3-4 birthday parties, i don’t understand how parents pay hundreds to celebrate when most amenities are unavailable or broken.nnIf you want to spend $27 to have your kid burn some energy then bring them here. I rather take my kid to Urban Air. The kids were playing dodge ball with foam balls that looked like it has been thru a lot (pictures posted). The open jump you can hear the springs and the tarp is not strong like it’s ready to break. Restrooms are gross. I hope management or the owner can make some improvements, to include hiring more staff and offering them training.
We have been members of this club for several years. But in recent months many disrespectful people have been arriving, speaking with very bad expressions and they don’t care it is a place where there are children. On Sunday, November 19, two women started fighting then a man too, and they were yelling and pushing each other. It was a big scandal that the police had to arrive. and all the parents grabbed their children and we ran out of that place. None of the employees did anything to stop the scandal. It's sad that this club has declined so much because the atmosphere was very nice before.nIf you decide to came do not surprise to see something like that!😏
The worst experience.we just came from there today. The employee don’t care. There no employee watching what going on. Kids jumping over other kids in the foam pit. Employee sitting in back corner talking to each other. We told a young lady that the bathroom had no toilet paper and she said she tell someone but she just stood behind the counter eating her ice cream, never said or did anything about it. When we left after our 90 minutes pass was up, the employees was either talking to each other and their friend at the counter or still standing in the back corner talking to each other!!
Amazing place! My kids sleeps very good after the visit!nnI love that they keep the place very clean too! Esp the bathroom!
