Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I had my daughter ‘snBirthday party in sky zone last month . She turned 9 this year and Kids had a great time . We took the Epic package which was $26.99 per kid and we had 20 kids in the party . It only included pizza for the kids . I ordered salad, chicken tender and French fries tray for the kids and veggie pizza for the adults . In this package kids can jump for 1 hour and 1 hour in the party room . The staff in the sky zone messed up our food order and it was a mess . They didn’t order the veggie pizza and after complaining they did order and it came late . So feedback to the Skyzone staff that they need to make sure that the food is Ready before the people enter in party room . Now when I am trying to book another e birthday party for my son this month they have increased the pricing from 26.99 to 36.99 which is like too much . But my kids want to do it at same place so I don’t have much of a option . Would definitely recommend this place for birthday parties . Expensive though but kids will love it . One more thing they should allow outside good as they do in OAks PA. Just a suggestion since they have limited Veg options for food .

Pretty great place to come and let the kids have fun! There is a challenge zone with obstacles, trampolines, and a foam pit as well as a dodge ball area. There is a climbing zone, but I have never seen it open the few times I have been there. Arcade games and claw machines are played using a pre loaded game card you can purchase. There is a concession stand that serves pizza and pop corn and Icees among other things, for fairly decent prices. Staff are attentive and keep kids moving in the attractions. The place is fairly clean as well. Staff also kept the party rooms cleaned and set up in between parties and there was a constant delivery of pizza. I would recommend this place for a fun day or a party

I just got My five year old daughter the basic jump membership. Everything has been great the last two weeks we’ve been coming and she’s been able to play on everything. She especially loves the warrior obstacle course which she’s been on and going on since we got the membership. Today we come after school and work for an employee to tell her she can’t go on it unless she’s 6. No one not once ever said ANYTHING about an age requirement on this specific piece of equipment. What am I paying $27 a month for?! and why weren’t the rules explained to me prior to signing up. WATCH THIS PLACE they rope you in and then pull the rug out from underneath our children. DO BETTER SKYZONE

Don’t get me wrong, our kids absolutely love this place. But they seem to be having an issue staffing as there was not a ton of oversight around the park. Where there are usually employees making sure that kids aren’t going absolutely wild and endangering other kids, there was no one present and in other areas there were just employees chatting.. on a very busy Sunday. Again, kids love it but seems to be struggling a bit. Also the price of a party is insane.

My kids recently became monthly members. Before we joined here we were going to a different trampoline park in PA. I'm so happy we made the switch. The staff here is so kind, friendly, and always happy. The kids get to run around and enjoy themselves without staff constantly correcting them. We will definitely maintain our membership.
