Sky Zone Hamilton Reviews
I emailed this location as well as corporate, no response thus far. This location lacks Attraction & Bathroom Maintenance. As of Friday 12/1/23 almost every single area has something broken or missing. I would not pay full price here. I could see if 1 thing was roped off and waiting for a part to be fixed, I imagine this location based on the other reviews and my experience here, not to hold on much longer. Also, re-stock the toilet paper. Nothing is worse than your child stuck on the toilet due to no toilet paper screaming your name. Get it together people of Skyzone in Hamilton.
Kids love it here. I would love to give it 5 stars. But this location needs a thorough cleaning and repairs to the equipment. There was also only 1 basketball to share across 3 basketball hoops. We will be back, hoping to see some improvement. Fun place.
Got the monthly passes for 4 family members, great bargain deal, highly recommended if you think you will visit more than a couple times in the month . We got our moneys worth for sure.nThe staff is definitely less than vigilant, seems like a bunch of kids doing after school jobs and just hanging out mostly. But they are all friendly and helpful if prompted.
Just held my daughter‘a birthday party here. I ordered 4 pizzas for 17 kids and their parents. They told me at first that one pizza should be enough for 10 persons, but actually the pizzas are so small that totally not enough. And there was no people to help in the party room at all at first. We have to call someone up to come and help. The service people are all teenagers and attitudes are so bad. The whole process of the party is a mess. I was so disappointed with the party today.
This place is a disaster. We’re here for free jump at 10AM on a Sunday. There are two people working here and the line is out the door in the pouring rain. Proceed only if you have a surfeit of patience for this negligently understaffed place.
