Amazing place to go with Kids of different ages. They have tots zone for small kids. Very clean and organized. Waiver needs to be filled at the doors. The staff was very helpful and nice. Fun for all ages, even for adults. I believe the limit on the climbing frames are 300lbs. But for the most part there's everything here that will challenge your body, and your fears. My kids had so much fun there. It is 2 hours limitation but it is more than enough. They have indoor zip line along with climbing frames from every level. Jumping pits and a ninja warrior warp wall, and course place virtual games. All around great fun. My family had a wonderful time and we will be definitely back.

My experience at Rock N Air was an absolute disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The complete lack of safety measures and apathetic attitude of both staff and fellow patrons made it an unsafe environment for my daughter. She was hurt multiple times by inattentive and careless kids, with no apparent effort to control the situation from the staff. It is unacceptable that parents and staff showed no regard for the well-being of younger children. Moving to a different section did not resolve the issue, and it took me intervening to prevent further harm. The slow and inefficient service in the restaurant was an additional annoyance. But what infuriated me the most was the virus my daughter and I contracted, which clearly spread among children present at the venue. When I approached the staff to raise the issue, they did not show any concern or take any preventative measures, even though they are responsible for public health and safety. This behavior from a family-friendly establishment is unacceptable. Overall, my experience was appalling, and Rock N Air needs to take responsibility for the safety and welfare of its customers.nAnd here is a 40+ man jumping with kids

We just celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and it was an awesome experience! We did the base camp plus so we got the room for the whole 2 hours which was nice because all the parents hung out and chatted while the kids played. Kayla was our party host and she was amazing! The whole planning process was easy and streamlined. This was the easiest party I have ever planned! The facility is clean and perfect for kids of all ages. I would recommend a party to start earlier in the afternoon- we did 12:30 and practically had the place to ourselves but as the day went on it much busier.

This place staff was not professional. I went there with my friend and our sons at 4:40pm, and staff came to us at 6:30pm and started asking us to leave. They said it is policy to allow for 2 hour although we still had 10 more minutes. They did not want to understand us even after explaining and showing them my receipt which shows payment/entrance time. I paid more than $170 for 4 kids and the place was not crowded at all. It would be nice to let kids to play more. Really selfish, rude and careless place. Not worth of money you pay. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!
