Horrible, I noticed that they're very racist. They were treating the black customers different from their other customers. The lady and the kid behind the counter was very rude. I will never go there again.
If I could give a no stars I would have. will never come back. Should have kept my business with sky zone. Lesson learned
This place has really gone downhill and is not being well taken care of. $35 and that's with already having socks to go into an entertainment center that's no longer entertaining. There are six activities to do here, two of which are not currently functional. The video games are all out of order. There are only three balls left to play dodgeball. There's only one person manning the desk, with probably about 30 or 40 customers here. I'm not sure I'll ever be coming back. Sky zone is much better taken care of.
Great for the price, just wish it were a little bigger with a few more attractions. I took my boys here for my son's birthday and they loved it. Also, I understand there are a lot of COVID precautions, but a variety of snacks would've made it even better. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!
could use more staff watching things. There were several kids being bullies that preventef mine from having fun. Sky zone is a much better ran establishment in my opinion. All equipment was nice clean and the 1 worker that was there was keeping the concession area tidy. Would have given more than 2 stars if it wasnt for the unruly patrons using the equipment.
