Great adventure! Some of the machines were malfunctioning especially the grabber of stuffed animals but when is that ever working right??? 😩. For once I would like to go to a jumping world and not waste all my tokens on that broken machine! Other than that, Uber fun!
Our first time celebrating a birthday party here. It was a great experience. Everyone in our party had fun. Our hostess was GREAT! I'll edit her name later ;)nWe had the standard party, it was good enough for us. Decorations were nice.nThank you jumping world ❣️
Stinks like a boys locker room, but other than that it was cool. 4 and under are free and it was 13.99 per kid. Better not get hungry here! Food is RIDICULOUSLY HIGH.
I posted one yesterday. 11/18/23. But I don’t see it. My experience was in the Pasadena area.very bad experience and will never recommend this place if you love your kids. Boys Restrooms, toilet’s were plugged with paper and nasty floors, all kids come inside without shoes 🤢. Also the some people that took their kids smell like they just smoked mariguana..no security inside. Only kids under 25 years old. None care about anything there. Very poor training to the working staff. Would not recommend going to this place.

Great customs service. Asked for a last minute party and the girl who helped me was very helpful and patient with us. She took her time to compare prices with and without a party to make sure we got the best deal. She was very nice and we had a great last minute party.
