Get Air Trampoline Park

so much fun! especially for a six year old. it’s a bit pricey. we paid $75.00 for myself, my partner and son for only 2hrs. we won’t be visiting often but once in a blue feels about right. they have a few obstacle courses, balance beams, a cool mirror maze, slides , arcade games, massage chairs, basket ball etc. there’s a few areas that were confusing and possibly closed off but open for partial use. the employee who was working was very kind. i do wish that they had more employees within the different zones to ensure safety but i’m assuming that employment right now is probably tricky. i will say the smell of this place is a bit strange. heads up, if you have heightened sense of smell like myself . also bring cash for the arcade games. they also have a huge candy machine tucked away in the corner.

I recently visited Get Air Trampoline Park with my friends and their toddlers, particularly during the advertised Toddler Time, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues we encountered:nnFalse Advertising:nThe park had advertised that Santa would be present during Toddler Time, creating excitement for the kids. However, Santa never appeared, and when we inquired with the workers, they seemed unaware of any such arrangement. This blatant discrepancy felt like false advertising.nNegligence Towards Health and Safety:nA concerning incident involved a little girl who vomited about seven times while jumping. Shockingly, her mother allowed her to continue, and the park staff failed to address the situation. This lack of concern for hygiene and health is unacceptable.nInappropriate Age Mix:nTeenagers were observed jumping during Toddler Time, posing a potential danger to our toddlers. The park's failure to enforce age-appropriate sessions jeopardizes the safety of younger participants.nOverall, our experience was marred by these significant issues, and we left feeling disappointed and concerned for the well-being of participants, especially young children. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the overall quality of service and safety at Get Air Trampoline Park.

This place is extremely dirty! Disgusting. Once you walk into the door all you smell is feet, if you notice the jumping area for the kids is black from dirty it is. The bathrooms disgusting, cant even imagine the little kids having to pee in these. The prices for the parties are outrageous for such a dirty place. They need a cleaning crew ASAP! Do not bring your kids if you dont want them to get sick.

Held a birthday party for my daughter there today. The staff from the process of booking last month straight through the entire party was wonderful. Everyone was kind, and really attentive. The place and jump zones are huge and well maintained. The party tomr was more than enough to enjoy thoroughly - we felt welcomed, not rushed, and like we were able to enjoy the whole area in a way we wanted. The pizza was better than you'd expect, and the jump area is suitable for all ages. Really just a very happy customer/party thrower here.10 stars if I could.

First time visiting & was a bit disappointed. Alot of damaged areas, dirty & not enough staff to help keep a safe environment. Bathroom doors were broken, The toddler area was taken over by bigger children, it really felt like complete chaos. This place deff needs some work, you have a-lot of families that visit this place im sure the improvements would we well appreciated & possibly increase sales.
