My grandkids enjoy going to Fun Junktion. We have gone there two or three times a year the past two years.The older kids especially like the zip line and the sprinkler area in the summer. I like that they have areas for big kids and little ones so that everyone can find something fun to do. They have functional rest rooms though they are usually kind of dingy/dirty. It must be difficult to maintain rest rooms in public parks. Most parks don’t have them and those that do often seem to have the same problem. The park itself is pretty and nice but it’s a little strange driving through the landfill. I’m giving it four stars as it is one of the better parks we have found in Northeastern NC.

This is a fun Park. As you wind your way to this park you wonder where it's leading but once you get there you see a modern, safe, and fun space for kids and families of all ages!
Great playground worth lots of inclusive design features. A small spray ground. The biggest negative is the place is essentially surrounded by the landfill. We visited on a Sunday and had a pleasant stay, but I would imagine it could be busy and smelly on days when the landfill is in full operation.

What is up with the child size stalls? Who’s taking the kids to the park. 🤦🏽♀️ There we’re all of these blocked off areas so I couldn’t walk around the pond. It was Juneteenth weekend and families had reservations… clean up the park.
Great toys. My kids love the Zipline toys! Minus two stars for the smell of the dump that the park shares a property line with.
