Beautiful place to spend a few hours with friends and families. The only concern is insects and mosquitos - specially in rainy season. The riverside looks awesome in fall season. There's a trail and a big farmland as well.

As I used to stay in Rockwood, I would often visit there in the morning and sometimes in the evening. I would sit there and watch people crossing the river using the ferry. I really liked the place.
Lovely, peaceful area to sit. Park like setting. Very nice.
The historic landmark sign is a bit over grown to reading but the park is nice.
The river is beautiful! Boats zoning through the river. Some nice chairs to take in the view and relax. Duck families entertaining everybody. A small but clean meadow. This is a small hidden gem!
