We've been so pleased with the coaching staff at Defy, especially Shannon and Morgan. They are always willing to work with us on schedule issues, getting skills up to where they need to be, and the girls feel empowered and encouraged by them. They let us try as many classes as we needed to feel comfortable signing up long-term. They do a great job managing everything they have to deal with - kids, parents, practice space, etc.
Our daughter was an upper level gymnast whose career ended after shoulder reconstruction. She decided to try all star cheer and visited Defy. Jonathan the owner and all of the coaches have done an OUTSTANDING job helping her make that transition and are top notch! The Ninja program is also great and the best around the Roanoke Valley!
My daughter's fifth birthday here was an absolute blast and totally successful!! So much so that her friend in her class that came is now having his fifth birthday party there in January. But the staff was super awesome and we had the whole place to ourselves and the price is super amazing for the hour and a half time frame. I was also able to bring in all the food and drink that I needed. The Superman blow up bouncy house was such an awesome and fun thing for the kids to do. My daughter also comes here for her tumbling classes and also did ninja classes for a while and the staff has always just been wonderful with her and she enjoyed it tremendously.
Great place to take our grandchildren. Clean and safe environment, the staff were great and the kids loved it. Thanks for coming to Roanoke.
I can’t say enough good things about Defy Gravity. Their communication is top notch which is important to me. Their instructors are all certified and hands on. They really take the time to make sure each person is learning and doing the skills properly. If you want to see your child progress while having fun check them out.
