We’ve come here several times over the years and had such a great time. Now I have toddlers and brought them here for the first time a few months ago. This place has changed for the worse, I’m afraid. It’s dirty, smelly, and a bit rundown. I had already bought tickets and the children were so excited so we stayed, but I didn’t let them go in the foam pit. That’s where it smelled the worst. I hope someone will bring this place back to its former glory. There aren’t a lot of indoor activities for children where we live and this is a really fun activity for them. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to come back until conditions improve.
Dirtiest trampoline park I’ve ever been in. Yeah, they’re all a little gross, but this one takes the cake. Trash everywhere, smells weird, blood and feces on the bathroom walls, no staff on the floor. Little trash all over the floor and trampolines. Sure, it’s cheaper, but I’d much rather pay a few dollars more and have a clean, supervised experience. Also, apparently they have toddler time some mornings, but that’s noted nowhere on the site so you may show up and not be able to jump for an hour like we did. Will not return.
It was the first time we've ever been here, and it was for a 5th birthday party! I was surprised how many people there were not there for the party, and the staff weren't really enforcing the rules about double jumping or one person per jump space so my 4yr old wasn't a fan when the teenagers started jumping, especially in the foam pit area. It was a very clean placenAnd the ninja course was cool though!
We took a fairly large group of kids and they had a blast. The front desk person, Russ was kind and helpful. I did not see any other staff but we watched our kids and didn't have any issues. A great time was had by all.
Have been here a few times, each time a little worse than the last. It is more and more run down, doesn't have good air flow in the foam pit area, half the arcade games weren't working, and filthy floors. No staff monitoring kids or mopping up spilled juice for the whole 2 hours we were there. One of the front registration computers was down, which made it take longer to even get in (I know this could have been done on my end ahead of time, though). The kids did love it, except for when dodgeball got too rough. But they also love it in Harrisonburg, so we will just drive a little further to that jump park next time.
