Haven't been to this location or any Chuck.E Cheese's in years since my oldest is a teenager. Everything has upgraded. Very clean and organized. The kids had a blast! My only concerned was that nobody checks people in or out of the establishment which is very dangerous. Any kid or toddler can just walk out or leave with anyone that is not their parent. My mother in law walked in and wasn't even stamped! We left and we weren't even properly checked out. And we waited and nobody came to check if we were stamped! I was at the J.C location last week and they were very attentive with that. And there is no excuse to say it was busy cause it wasn't. Management needs to be on top of their staff with that it is a cause for concern. The children's safety should be a top priority !!!
Had a wonderful time here when working at a summer camp. The kids loved it! They offer a wide variety of games and things to do for kids of all ages. The place is clean and tidy, and staff are amazing! They make sure that all the kids are safe and have a great time. And, to top it all off, they brought Chuck E. Cheese himself to show to the kids and they were so happy!nnTo anyone from management reading this, you guys are awesome, thank you for giving the kids and I am experience to remember! Wish you guys all the best!
I took my grandson to Chuck E. Cheese in North Bergen, New Jersey. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. However, I was unhappy because the air conditioning was down, and despite having some cooling system, the place was still hot. Some playing machines were temporarily out of order, and I had a disagreement with the staff when she accused my grandson of playing a game he didn't. It was frustrating as I paid my money and felt like she acted as if it was her own money. I used to bring my kids here when they were little, but things have changed, and it's not the same anymore. I came a long way, and I don't plan on returning to this Chuck E. Cheese. Regrettably, not all of the staff was nice. It would be beneficial if they could learn to smile and avoid having attitude with their customers.
This location was a fun location it had an awesome good condition 1 stage it’s so sad that they’re getting 2.0 but I’ll try to go back again it was a fun time a nice woman at the location gave me a free Chuck E. Cheese’s cup and now I have unlimited Chuck E. Cheese’s drinks which is so cool
Dear Chuck E.Cheese, the fact that kids love playing the games and enjoy themselves at your place,please make sure all games work.Us parents spend money there for our kids to enjoy it, also make prizes more reasonable with points, like really 5000 points for a car or doll. The kids bearly get 500 points yet they get to choose plastic items that you can buy at the $1.00 store that's unexceptable..Mr. Cheese
