Threw my son's 5th birthday party here today, and Bounce U did an excellent job! Very organized, kept the kiddos entertained, had cool party favor bags they handed out, and all of the children had a great time! The two party experts were very friendly and helpful, and were awesome with the kids. It was nice to just have to show up and bring a cake--they took care of everything else including set-up and clean-up. They got fantastic pictures of the party. Loved every last detail down to the bubbles, the light-show, the birthday throne, and the music. They were even waiting at the door to the party room with squirts of sanitizer to clean hands before everyone ate. They really thought of everything. Pleasant experience overall! Would highly recommend!!
Had a delightful time tonight at BounceU for our grandkids birthday party. Brandon was a phenomenal party host. He was very conscientious.and went above & beyond to make our time there fabulous. The staff is fantastic! The party has a good flow and I love that your party is able to use the whole room for themselves. This is our second birthday birthday and we would highly recommend them.
We just finished having my son's third birthday party in a row at Bounce U, and I can't say enough how much we love it there. The kids have a great time, and the best part is having the privacy of just our friends and family in each area. When we moved into the second room, our son found a glow necklace on the floor. I quickly asked our party pro, Ivy, if there were more available before any kids began fighting over it. She was back in just a few minutes with enough for everyone, plus a few extras. They make it so easy for the parents hosting, the kids love it, and the price is comparable to a party at other locations that can only offer a semi-private party table, while still staying open to the public. Thank you Ivy, and everyone at Bounce U, for making my son's special day so fun for him and his friends!
Organized our holiday party, for the non-profit group, and had an absolute blast! Glad we could gather our families together to share in some fun, have dinner together and visit with Santa and Ms. Claus. Our group used to have it as our regular holiday party place prior to 2020, so it was good to be back!
