2nd time here. I wouldn’t have went back but my daughter begged me too, but that was my final time. It’s so dark in there, shady, expensive and disgustingly dirty. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Go to the new bouncy party place or Kidz off the walls instead. It was so dirty I was scared to touch anything or have my daughter touch anything. See pictures, certain areas smell like pee and it looks like there are throw up stains everywhere.
This place has the potential to be a 5 star place but being greedy takes away from the experience.nnBasically they say they have a policy for the kids to wear billy beez socks which you would think of a hygiene policy, but they charge you separately for them and then allow kids to be in it with their own socks or to bring the billy beez socks from home which may not even be clean. They really should just include these socks in the price and force all kids to wear them.nnThen the second issue is that they charge all adults that enter the facility. That makes no sense, especially when you have adults who are just visiting with parents and now have to pay to be inside and just sit there?nnKids will really enjoy it there and will definitely tell people with kids to check this out, but it's a place that could be 5 stars but needs to change their policies to get there.
Definitely good for 3+. Big drop slides are highlights. Facilities are little old and not that clean. Some parents can wear shoes in.
Fun place for kids for a activity where the weather is not favorable outside. Ask for a Carlin she was very helpful!
I took my son today and he loved it! The staff was very nice, patient and friendly. My only complaint was the toddler area. There was food everywhere and some rooms plain. My suggestion is to toss some of the okay food out There is was to much. Fill the rooms with climbing spaces or something interactive. We will definitely be back soon.
