Huge thank you Melissa the first person I talked to for today about my car issues first thing in the morning and to the Store Manager Tyrell T, and Store Associate Anthony F. for accommodating me when I came in person due to my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek Headlights issues eventhough I came in the store quite late but they have been very helpful and welcoming and thorough through the process. 4 Oct 22 Charles was very helpful. I had gotten some Duralast wiper blades, but they wouldn't fit my Jeep. I brought them in and was lucky enough to find Charles. He verified they didn't fit, and not only exchanged them for some bosh wiper blades (and took care of the price delta) but also installed them too. You can't ask for better than that. Five Stars!
Charlie and Scott went above and beyond to ensure that the replacement battery for my daughter's car was installed properly. Excellent product knowledge and customer service.
