This skateboard park by the beach is an absolute gem! 🛹🏖️ The fact that it's free of charge is a skater's dream. With the salty breeze and the sound of waves in the background, it's like shredding in paradise. 5 stars for the perfect coastal grind spot! 🤙🌊
Great skatepark near the beach. The older guys that skate there are always good to the younger kids. My grandson started there when he was 6. Now 10, he doesnt go as much but when he does he gets right in with the regulars and it's like he never left! Putt putt right next to it along with a playground with swings and other things.
Always clean, never too packed except occasionally on summer weekends. The park is great, however it is definitely incomplete because the selfish mayor of Atlantic Beach (Trace Cooper) pocketed the rest of the funds. I hope he gets audited or worse, put on blast by media. This town makes so much money it is ridiculous that they couldnt finish the skatepark because of this greedy man. Also the town didnt even have to put up money. An entire estate was left plus donations from many. Tired of corrupt government preventing kids from having the full experience they deserve. The skateparks are too far apart in this state to half- arse a project.
A nice area for shade and bleachers for people wanting to watch. Concession stand in the mini out area if you need water, I think they have bathrooms too? The bowl is huge and super fun to skate!
We love it here when we come to the beach. However, the older skateboarders tend to try to take over and not give the smaller guys a chance. #madmomtonite
