Fun for my granddaughter and friends. Unfortunately, a mix-up with the pizza order left the group with no supper. The family hosting the party expressed frustration over the lack of food for the group. The whole group was in tears by the end (hungry and angry = Hangry!) When asked my 12y/o granddaughter was unsure if she would ever want to do it again...

First time at Air Insanity and was better than anticipated. Overall the place appears clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of trampolines as expected, but also several other cool stations including the Ninja Warrior area, toddler zone, dodgeball cage, rock climbing wall with foam pit, a couple trampoline basketball hoops, a larger foam pit with 2 trampolines with an elevated platform, etc. They also had arcade machines, but the only knock is several of them weren't working and took my money, but the staff explained another company owns them. That said, if they aren't going to be functional they should be removed. Had a great time and my family will be back!

I did not enjoy my experience at Air Infinity. We had socks from other jump parks but a 20 year old on a power trip said we had to buy theirs. When I asked the kid who did the 20 yr olds biding why this was so he said he didn’t know why. I said it’s obviously money and that’s all and I said he wouldn’t like it either if he was me, and he agreed. I will not be returning and neither will my sister. Better to keep customers than lose them.
My son loved it here as a toddler. We came to the tot time and it was much quieter and less chaotic for him than with the bigger kids. It’s a clean place and we will definitely be back!
