First time here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Excellent customer service and our waiter Tommy was sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Place is not as big as I thought but still worth it. Food was good and priced pretty decent for the portions. Will definitely return.

This place has really good food, and it's reasonably priced. The atmosphere is good. They just need to advertise more or something because the bar is usually dead, and it's a shame. It could be a great local spot.

We booked Adventure Crossing for our work party to celebrate an employee’s 10 year anniversary with our company. Robert Rivera made booking this event a breeze and was consistently available to answer any questions we had. Any changes we made were NEVER an issue. They were so accommodating for all our requests, which we greatly appreciated. On the day of the event and from the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed and took care of us, even helped us decorate our area! The games were fun and the food surpassed our expectations. Sasha the Chef came out to introduce himself and went above and beyond to ensure everything in our event went smoothly. The entire staff never missed a beat. They were all so attentive and generous. Overall, they proved that they genuinely care about each person that walks through their doors. If you want to have a great time where you will experience above and beyond service, or if you are looking for where to book for your next event, Adventure Crossing is the place to go. I wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband and I booked a booth and half the games were missing the balls to play, the sticks for golf were only lefties as well as the hockey stick. The kids clubs were all gone. There were only 2 other booths in the whole place being used and the staff took 20 minutes to greet us and take our drink order, the young girl at the desk said the servers were too busy. I didn’t see one adult working, all young kids. The food was a 2/10 and service was terrible. Ketchup was empty, no napkins no plates no utensils, when we would ask it would take over 15 minutes to get something. The drink I ordered tasted like pure sour mix. Everything was just terrible all around, brand new place and completely dead. I completely understand why.

This is a late post. Had my husband’s birthday celebration there on the day we had that tornado and the dome collapsed. Luckily, we had left 30 minutes before it happened. We like the place and food was fine.nI was going to book my daughter’s little event today with her friends and they were all excited but to find out that it is closed. Why are they closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and yet, this is summer? We need more indoor places to go to. Please be open. :)
