purchased the 6' orange pumpkin trampoline from Home Depot in January 21. The glass rod supports broke in March. There's NEVER been ANY parts availability. No warranty, no offer of repair and no return. CAVEAT EMPTOR
Customer service seems to be non existent... How can you completely ignore a potential customer?!?!? Makes no sense in the business world at all.
