HOLY COW THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. There was literal garbage covering the bouncy house and in pretty much every other area as well. My kids are on the younger side and so were falling/rolling around in it - can’t imagine what they were exposed to in terms of germs. Management, please do a deep clean!!
Loved coming here a few years back but my love this place has gone out the window atleast for this location. IT IS SO DIRTY! I'm not sure what is going on but it's absolutely disgusting. We brought my daughter for her birthday right when they opened on Tuesday and it was just disgusting. There is dust on everything. Dust bunnies, dirty bandaids, stuff stuck to the walls etc. It looks like it's never been vacuumed. Highly disappointed in my most recent experience. I've attached photos of the dirt and grime but you can see it all for yourself if you go.... I came home and made all of us shower immediately.nAlso half the machines arent working in the game area & some of the stuff in the concession area is just completely missing.nSo disappointed & will not be returning.
My stepson had a Birthday party here and the service was not the best. The people before us in the party area were there 20 minutes past time, then we had to figuratively chase after the staff to go up and clean up and then we were called up to our party space that it was pizza time and then had to wait for it for quite a bit of time. I do not recommend for a Birthday Party.
This place has definitely declined! We paid $54 bucks for 2 kids to jump for 1.5 hrs.. one of them is 3 and cant enjoy the full amenities. They both had their own socks so that was an extra cost we didnt have to pay. For the price it just isnt worth it.. the place is filthy! The equipment is worn out and dirty looking. It looks like the company has no budget for upkeep with their facility. I need to know is Get Air any better? This is just highly dissapointing and my kids are definitely getting sick after this outting.
Absolutely get the annual pass to make it worthwhile. Its a great place to keep the kids busy. Unfortunately the facilities have really become rundown over the past year. Hoping they get new foam protection put up around some of the metal and springs / get a lot of the bouncy house area repaired so it actually inflates.
