Great place for kids to take out energy . Very clean and in good repair . The front desk girl was super rude . Aside from that we had a great time ! Cheaper than other parks in town . Outside could use some fixing up . Inside looks great .
My kids and I visited Surge 06/21/23 as a fun activity for my daughters 9th birthday. It was unbearably hot in there. It was as if there was no air conditioning at all and after paying over $120 i made the decision to leave early because I could not take it anymore. It was misreble and disappointing that it costs that much and they can't even turn the A/C on. The employees looked hot and misreble as well.
Birthday party for my 5 year old granddaughter. Booking was easy on line. Follow up and confirmation calls received from management. Employee at the front door took us to the party room vs just pointing over there. Our hostess was available when we needed her and answered any questions or requests quickly. Could not have asked for a better time for everyone.
My 3 year old son and I love to come here. We got there at 11 when they opened. By 1230 it was busy. Most kids are bigger and older than him, so we are careful, but we have a great time here.
Spring Break - You should expect a crowd but it was like usually busy with kids running up and down and having fun. Staff was fast and control of the crowd. It was very clean in the sitting areas and bathroom. There are snacks and drinks available at the counter. We participated and got a discount. Make sure you sign the waiver online to save you some time.
