Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
If your children have any disabilities I would be very cautious about going to this location. We have been multiple times before, we drive an hour and make an evening of it. But this is the first time that we were harassed, pointed at and my children bullied by an employee. There 5-6 employees but 1 of them constantly left her area to follow our children around. She was the only blonde on the floor and brunette female ended up joining in on the pointing and bullying towards the end. Her and another female employee continued to point obviously at our family. The last time was while 2 other employees who were beside us said nothing (I’m pretty sure they realized the boys were disabled) she walks across the entire building to say something to disabled children in a foam pit while walking right passed adults. We ended up leaving but no child deserves to be bullied by teenagers and there was no adults present. There were 2 other male employees who were so very kind and patient with our boys and we truly appreciate them and their kindness. But I’m not paying $100 for children who struggle every day of their lives to be bullied by teenagers. We saw plenty of cameras and it can clearly visible her following and pointing at only one family.
We love this place.nnThe Elite package is 40$ish and is perfect for summer. It covers a child and a parent for unlimited jumping as well as the Friday and Saturday glow jump.nnThe hours in the winter don't make having the membership package worth it. The prices during the winter hours are also not worth it per hour. Especially being they don't open until 4 pm during the week and close at 8 pm. It doesn't fit with a school schedule. The birthday packages are outrageous. All in all, it is worth every penny during the summer and so much fun.
Attended a birthday party here and it was awesome, trampolines we’re reserved for an hour for the party full of kids ages 3-5 making it easier for parents and safer for kids. Check in was quick & the staff were super friendly. The pizza was banging and the party room was set up nice. Bathrooms were very clean as well! They also have one of those photo booths and wind machines in the front of the facility along with a race car simulator game. I was very impressed and satisfied all around.
It was our first trampoline park experience and it was great. The young lady that checked us in explained how it all worked and made me comfortable and at ease. I wish the toddler area had a little more to it but we had an amazing time nonetheless. We were there in the evening on a weekday so it wasn't super packed. We will be going again.
We bought the laser tag for 10 package and paid in advance. Our party was slotted to show up at 5:00 for our laser tag party and we arrived 10 minutes earlier. We waited at the party desk for about 5 minutes before a young man shows. I gave him our name and information and he said he had to find someone to help me. He had to run around searching someone to help for at least 5 minutes. I felt sorry for him having to run around literally to find someone. He comes back and tells my party to go upstairs. Remind you I had already paid for my entire party if 10 people. We go upstairs and wait for another 10 minutes and had to go back downstairs to get someone to help us again. I had asked a few times now . Exactly where we need to go and what is our party room number because none of this was disclosed to me prior. We ended up moving our entire party down stairs after laser tag. We ended up adding 3 more people to our party and they sent a different staff member upstairs at different times to tell me I had to pay for the 3 additional laser tag shooters before they would set up for my party. My ice cream cake had melted because they wanted me to pay for the 3 before they set up our room or did anything with the cake “freezer”lol. They had told me when I went downstairs that I could pay later when My husband arrived. lol I had already paid over $300.00. My husband arrived and once again he had to hunt someone down to find out where we were. My thing is. You pay this money to have them help you with this party and it was an embarrassing nightmare. Not organized, major lack of communication and that wasn’t even the tip of the iceberg. The lady that worked with the kids upstairs in the Laser tag room was outstanding but everything else. 😞. Our kids had fun but upstairs there is no way to view the kids you just sit out there in the hallway and talk to each other. Large screen tv but it isn’t used to watch the kids or anything. Just seems like it could be a little more fun for the parents to watch their kids. The jumping portion of Sky zone seems to be okay and the laser tag is fun too but slacking !! Need a few ideas to make it more inclusive for the parents and you need people at the desks downstairs in the party planning area. The staff needs to have more knowledge on how things work and need to be more willing to help. The young men and ladies were nice but the failure to communicate was very obvious! No one there was on the same sheet of music. Our kids did have fun though but for me it was not a good experience.
