WARNING: NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My family rented an obstacle course on 9/3 for my daughter’s birthday party for over $600 from this company and they just dropped off the obstacle course with no attendant and left after they set it up. Thirty minutes after they left the blower for the slide half stopped working because this company does not maintain their equipment. We could not reach anyone on the phone for hours and when we did they said they would send someone out to fix it and that person never arrived. They were also late to pick up their equipment like they were trying to avoid talking to us after this problem with their faulty equipment happened . This company ruined my daughter’s party and now I have to talk to my lawyer to get my money refunded. I will also be contacting to the Better Business Bureau and I will not stop pursuing this until I get a refund.

Unprofessional, dirty and never on time.nnThe party was for my sister in law under the name Ashley E. Her sons party was at 3 pm yesterday. She tried contacting you multiple times with no response. She finally got a call back about 45 min before her party with some excuse to being late( seems to happen often with the reviews I’ve seen) they finally showed up 20 min after the party started, leaving another hour before the kids could go on because it still needed time to fill up. Slide and slushy machine still sitting in the yard and it is almost 4 pm the next day. Your company caused unnecessary stress on a day she should have been focused on celebrating her sons birthday.

Feeling very disappointed with this company! Unfortunately they had an accident the day of our party. As a business you should have a back up plan to get rentals to your clients. They stated they only have one truck and one driver. They called to tell us they were canceling our rental two hours before the party which would leave 10 kids heart broken. Thankfully we found another company that delivered a bounce house with in an hour and saved the day! Waiting to receive my full refund and hope they invest in more trucks so this doesn’t happen to other people in the future.

Don’t rent from here unless you want a house fire! I rented a slide for an event and the cord caught fire! This caused a small house fire because they didn’t set the slide up properly. The lack of customer service from them is pretty humiliating. I wouldn’t recommend this ‘company’ to anyone. How awful they allow a fire and do not take responsibility. The state of RI fire Marshall has already been noticed and channel ten and WPRI will be as well! They are lucky we caught the fire in time! I have already notified the BBB and the fire station and the fire marshal has already come down. They have seen the cords to YOUR water slide. They are pitch black and there is no hiding that. No worries though, your drivers will see that when they remove your item off of my property. Your slide is a waste of space and your lack of customer service is a disgrace. Your company shouldn’t even be allowed to have the title of a business. All people have been advised and there is proof of YOUR cords. No need to get hasty ‘Dahlia’ the BBB is already notified with pictures to back it up. Oh, and no need to say you were threatened by us..it wasn’t a threat it was a promise that I was contacting the local news channels, the fire marshal and the BBB. Ma’am, not once did your driver ever offer a generator so saying that is false. I don’t need your response I need the public people to see that they should not go to a company like this. This was almost a $700 rental and I want to make sure people don’t pay for your company.

Thanks so much for making our daughter's baptism party an extra special day! The Tropical Splash was perfect for the 95 degree heat and the tent package gave some relief to the adult guests. The kids played on the slide all day until sun down until their parents made them get out. The unit was delivered on time and the staff was very courteous and wanted to make sure we were happy and knew how to use the slide before they left. The kept a smile on their face even though it was unbearably hot out. I will be sure to use them for all of our parties! Thanks again.
