This is a great place for a workout. They have a great assortment of equipment. I love the fact that they have a little bit of everything here. Treadmills, elliptical machines, rowing machines, a walking track upstairs and a weight lifting room, just to name a few. They also keep the place very clean and safe. It's a great place to go to get healthy and fit.
This is truly a great value for the cost. It is a very clean facility, complete with locker room, private (curtained) showers, nice weight room, and an overflow room for cardio machines. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
We had our USA Archery indoor state championship last Saturday morning. It was fairly roomy and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There's bleachers downstairs and you can bring your own chair and sit upstairs. Something I wish I'd known before hand, but it is what it is. Had a good time anyway. It was cool they had two food trucks, coffee and donuts in one hamburgers and hotdogs in the other and both were very clean and delicious 😋.
