I just used kids zone party rental for my daughters 1st birthday . I filled out the form to receive a quote , and they responded quickly . I got a little confused with how the delivery process worked and had a mommy blues meltdown . ( so embarrassing lol )Cindy maintained her professionalism the entire time . The tables and chairs arrived . They were so cute , the perfect size and height for the kids . I would definitely book with them again . See pictures attached .
Kids Zone Party Rentals came through at the last minute. We had an event, and another local company from which I was renting the party supplies (a bounce house, chairs and tables) sort of left me scrambling for tents at the last minute. But Kids Zone Party Rentals came to the rescue! I was able to rent three 10x20 foot tents for a backyard party. It was perfect!!! Payton, the gentleman that came to set them up was friendly and professional. Also, Alesia (I think that was her name) was very helpful with the initial reservation, which was much easier than the process of renting from the previous company I had been working with and used 2 previous times. So the next time I need a bounce house, and other party supplies, I'll be checking out Kids Zone Party Rentals first!
Had not a great experience with this company. They sent me an initial quote for a ball pit that included a delivery fee. When I went to confirm the ball pit, they asked me what time would I like the ball pit to be dropped off and picked up. I was then sent an updated quote with the ball pit that included the delivery fee AND a $120 “time commitment fee.” When I asked about the time commitment fee which was not on the original quote, I was advised that I told them a time that I preferred for the ball pit to be dropped off and picked up — hence the fee. They further stated unless I had a 4 hour window I would be charged the fee. I replied and stated that I do have a four hour window and I wasn’t advised that I would be charged a fee for requesting a time preference. They failed to respond. They then responded that they cannot avoid the “time commitment fee.” Seems baked into the price of rentals. BUYER BEWARE.
Very disappointing! I just needed 1 kids table and chairs. It took me more than 2 hrs for someone to answer the phone. Then I was told they didn’t deliver to my zip code (I live in Brookeville, MD), but that they would check with their manager to see if an exception could be done. I was told I would get a phone call. That call was never made back. Thankfully, I found a different company.
They were awesome! We used Kids Zone Party Rentals for our carnival themed baby shower in the summer of 2019. We were able to rent a moon bounce, cotton candy machine, popcorn machine and stand, all for a great price! The attendant was very friendly and helpful. She even helped us clean up after the shower.nnI would recommend Kids Zone Party Rentals to anyone.
