I took my family to fly high. We bought two passes and were provided two white band's for my wife and I. We have a 10 year old and a 14 month old. My wife was holding the baby's hand and walking her on the trampoline when an employee approached my wife and said that she could not do that because she hadn't bought the pass to jump herself. It seems that fly high has no problem collecting the fee for a pass for a 14 month old baby but they wont allow the mother to hold her hand while she walks on the trampoline. What a child friendly place. The younger staff was very polite. The staff that was more advanced in age.... not so much.
Best costomer service I have seen in a long time!! The crew was amazing! Everything was clean and welcoming! We went for my son's birthday and was not disappointed! They were so reassuring that we were there to have fun and they were right! I couldn't have expected anything more! Well worth the money! we will be doing this
Fly High is really fun! My kids LOVE coming here! My youngest especially loves the mega playground with all its tunnels and slides for the little guys. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. They make sure kids are playing safe. The price is a bit more then other local trampoline parks but overall, it's fantastic!

I decided to take my kiddo in since he's been asking to go quite a bit. The facility was clean and welcoming. With kids running around, that is no easy feat! William was amazing. He checked on us and made sure that if we needed anything he was right there. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
