We made an online snowboard purchase and we inadvertently put the wrong shipping address on our order. We learned of our error after it had shipped. We called the store and Mark and Andrew worked through our issue. They were friendly, reassuring and extremely helpful. We received the product today, it was nicely packaged and just as ordered. Bought a lure 11.5 with accessories and they were a huge help and even installed the rudder kit for me. I will be buying my wife a moken 10 there soon also. Highly recommended if you are looking for a kayak.
Overall a terrible experience. I purchased a rudder for my kayak and I was sent the incorrect rudder. Simple misunderstanding and they made it right (only reason they are getting 2 stars and not one). However the first was sent extremely poorly packaged and arrived damaged. When I did end up receiving the correct rudder I was pretty shocked. The bag was open and held together with a rubber band. It was missing a few viral parts and also had random electrical wiring pieces that weren’t needed inside. I went ahead and bought the pieces from a different vendor to avoid more problems. Like said in a previous review I would stay away from online orders. It does seem they are selling used or open box products.
Excellent selection for any hobby. Parts and accessories for rc. Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere! We now own 6 rc cars and the whole family enjoys them.
