I would like to give a big Thank You to Steve and George for going the extra mile to help!nI’ll try to make a long story short…my Dad recently passed away. My Mother wanted to BBQ but was overwhelmed with Dad’s big barrel charcoal grill. I went in last weekend to purchase a small gas grill for her. I drove my Dad’s pickup truck and went to Ace in Massapequa Park to buy “the perfect grill” for my Mom.nSteve came right over and showed me all the grill options. I chose a weber gas grill. Steve said they don’t keep many grills in stock and they didn’t have it, but would order it for me. I explained I needed it today & asked if the floor model was In perfect working order for sale. Steve said yes!nHim and George came right outside and not only out the grill into Dad’s pickup truck, but also showed me how to work the back hatch and cover.nI got the grill to Mom’s house and noticed it was missing the ignition.nI went back to the store, Steve took all my information showed me what to look for on the grill to take pictures for him to figure out what part was missing.nSteve even called into the store on his day off to make sure my issue would be fixed.nGeorge came out to Mom’s house yesterday, installed the part and made sure the grill was “perfect” for Mom!nnThank you Steve and George!nYou helped us, educated us, and made sure we had an excellent experience!!nnThank You Costello’s Ace Hardware

This place is awesome. Much better than home Depot or Lowe's, everyone is so friendly here and more than willing to help you. I got a great hammer and saw here and I'm very happy with my purchase. There always seems to be coupons for this place to make the price of things more affordable.

I’m not really someone who were needs a place like Ace Hardware often but when I do, I’ll make sure to visit the Massapequa location. I don’t know why, but for some reason, somehow they have the best employees ever. I feel as if each employee could be a CEO of a large company. when you come here you’re getting the best prices and you’re just getting the best stuff. would highly recommend.

Extremely well organized and stocked store with great, helpful staff ready to answer questions. Never had to wait in long lines, and always found what I was looking for. Happy to say this is my go to place for most small houseware tools and similar items.

Great service, clean store. The staff is wonderful and professional. Good prices, nice sale tables.
