Amazing place to go and play disc golf and a nice park

The playground equipment is a little run down but overall it's a fairly nice park. Lots of different activities for different ages. There are picnic tables, shaded areas, benches, and restrooms available. There is also a short but nice little walking trail. There is a little bit of street noise but it is sounded by trees making it pretty peaceful.

We've loved this park from the 1st visit...nLove the shade... be careful on the spinning round play thing in middle of play ground area.... 3 of my children have fallen off of it... its rather dangerous if ask me... but who am i anyway... lolnWe love the creek area.. by playground... me and my kids love to see nature.. and learn about it.. so we walk the creek.. and find critters.. like these in our pics..nWater Snake... red belly ringed/banded snake... harmless really. .nAnd woodpeckers. ... the last 1 we seen was huge!!! And so beautiful!!nAnd gorgeous emerald green dragonflys.. turtles and crayfish.. no telling what you may find... just be safe and never pick up a animal your not sure of or know about... some NC snakeS can be harmful.... BUT MOST LEFT ALONE ARE HARMLESS!!! no need to harm them or kill them!!nnAnd we found the huge claw fossil or tooth from some really old animal or something... anyone have any ideas on what it may be from...

I love this park! I have a pug puppy that I was wanting to socialize and train, and this park was a great spot to walk her and get her used to people and other dogs. You can walk around the baseball area and there’s some small trails which are perfect for short walks.

Parks very nice! Absolutely love the shade and all the seating areas in and around the park. Only thing, they should see about replacing run down equipment.
