Xtremenasium Trampoline Park

I’ve taken my grandkids to several different trampoline parks in Louisville. This one is by far the nicest! It is so clean in comparison to all the others. The staff was helpful and friendly. Clean bathrooms and entire place clean. Highly recommend!!!!!!

This place is so cool! It's not just a trampoline park, there are obstacles, a rock wall, dodge ball court and do much more. Very fun for everyone.

Kids were having a blast. It was really hot. We were scheduled for 2 hours. We arrived a little early at 140pm to deal with any paperwork, etc. We were told our party for the kids didn't start until 230pm, even though we were scheduled from 2-445pm over the phone a few weeks in advance. Then 345pm hit we were getting ready to sing happy birthday and do the cake and presents and a young female was being extremely rude to my daughter telling her that we needed to leave and that if we didn't they were going to call the cops. First off, how do you tell a child that at their birthday party when our families spent roughly $450 for 2 kids birthday partys for 2 hours? The kicker, they didn't even have a birthday party scheduled until 5pm after us. Pizza tasted bad and cold, along with the fries and cheese sticks that we ordered. We were rushed and it really ruined the day for our kids. I can't even believe the way that were treated after spending so much money with these people. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW!!!

We went to the trampoline park Sunday afternoon and the lobby was very crowded. We skipped the line for waivers knowing that we had just updated ours not too long ago and the waivers are good for a year. The signs in the lobby confirm that waivers are needed and good for a year. After waiting in the long line while seeing several employees just standing around doing nothing while 2 are at the cash registers and one cash register not being used, we finally got to pay but they had no record of our waivers. I asked how this was possible and they said that they now have new systems as of 2 months ago so all previous waivers had been lost. They had me pay then told me to go fill out the new waivers. Then come back for bracelets. The group in front of me had the same problem. Once again we were back in this long line even after we have paid and competed the waivers. I noticed that there were several employees hanging out in the lobby chatting with a man, also an employee, who was sitting down on a stool. I walked over and asked if any of them could help get bracelets for those of us who already paid but had to go back and complete waivers since they updated their systems. The man told me that they could not and the cashiers would need to help. He then stated that there are signs everywhere stating that a waiver is needed. I advised to himnAgain that we had waivers and they were good for a year but the systems were updated which there were not signs of that. I asked for a manager after going back and forth with him for some time and he said he was the manager. The manager, David Hilton, then declined to provide a refund because I stated that we no longer wanted to wait any longer.

It was nice.. there wasn't as much free jump space as I would have liked to see there. And there was no place for adults to try the rock wall the climber was also for kids only. My kids wanted me to climb through and I couldn't which sucked because I wanted to too. It was a fun time tho.
