Xtreme Trampoline Park

Sadly, this is one of the few places in Kingston that has fun indoor activities for kids.nnKids under 4 are not allowed to go in the main area of the trampolines, which makes sense, but there were a bunch of older kids playing in the area for kids 4 and under.nnWe went to use the bathroom after and there was water all over the floor.nnOverall, it was a pretty meh experience but at least the kids had fun.

Went there yesterday that is 3rd Dec, only to find out at the front desk that place was closed for a public due to a birthday party. There was no information about that on a website or even on the front door, kiddos were extremely sad and disappointed.nPlace seems like an awesome spot for kids ( still not entirely sure since we could not enter), but lack of any information that spot is closed on a given day is not acceptable and should be improved.

Great place to take kids. My kids had a blast, and the place was very clean. Something was spilled and a staff member came to clean it up right away. Slushies and snacks at the counter are a great bonus.

Brought our 2 year old daughter here for the first time.nShe had a great time. What kid wouldn’t.nOnly issues, they charged us for 2 adult tickets, and we just sat on the side watching our daughter. God for bud you step on the trampoline in the youth section…nSeems extreme, no pun intended.nTo charge two adults full price as non jumpers.nWe noticed older kids coming over and playing in the youth section, which got a bit nerve wracking. So we decided to sneak her over in a corner out of the way from everyone to jump on the big trampoline. Ya don’t do that….nStates on their website non jumper tickets are not needed.nSo I asked at the desk, nobody really knew an answer or have a solution as what to do. but offer me passes. Sure why not. I just paid for two 60 mins tickets that wasn’t necessary. She comes out and gives me 2 30 min passes🤔nAnywaysnThen we get our daughter some pizza. It was literally cold like it was in a fridge. I look over and the heat lamp isn’t on nor is the thing even spinning. Serving cold pizza sitting out all day long. Awesome!!!!nYou guys have one opportunity to make it right I’ll be waiting for your phone callnI feel like I just got ripped off By a bunch of high school kids. Not one adult staff on site during a very busy day. Seems strange. Very poorly run.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The consent form process is always an issue. The staff are so young and uninterested. There seems to be very little direction or support from management. The couches are filthy.nThey were extremely disorganized with my sons birthday party. They forgot to order the pizza so kids parents were here to pick the kids up and they hadn’t even eaten yet. They wouldn’t honour our passes that we got at the birthday party either. Money grab with terrible service.
