Hi, I went to this place and there was no assistance available for the hiking games. All the workers at that time where really busy with cleaning and selling food so the kids just don’t use them, kinda sad actually. Hey but the beer is good. 
So much fun for my nieta! Needed more kids but it was a Monday afternoon.
We paid to use the facility. However, the older children wouldn’t use the rock climbing because they didn’t have enough employees. I think 
they shouldn’t charge full price if the equipment is not available.nnWhat is your take people?

My son (CURRENTLY 4 years old) has played and enjoyed each birthday party at this XZONE for 3 years now. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say, staff is always friendly, good snack options (and NOT overpriced), and clean bathrooms.
Bad service, sadly.nMy family and I got there at 4:30pm and paid for 2 hours. After paying we asked for a table and one of the employees told us that there was no tables available but there were two sections closed, another employee said that we could seat in one of those sections as more people were coming in. While the kids started playing my husband tried to order food and was told by the same employee that told us there were no tables that they were closing at 6:00pm and we couldn’t get our money back or order food or drinks. 
why couldn’t he say from the beginning before paying that they were about to close instead of charging us for a time that we were not going to be able to use???nIt was only one angry/rude employee. Because there was another girl that was was amazing and sweet.nnThis was our first time but sadly we are not coming back.
