X-FLIGHT TRAMPOLINE PARK

Definitely go online and reserve your time. Doing in store is a bit tedious. It's done on their computers and asks to save your information. Quite surprising to see how many people saved their info on a public computer. The attractions are reasonably priced. Be aware that time slips by reasonably fast. Have fun!

10/10 do not recommend doing a child’s birthday party here. Customer service is no where near great and I paid $300 to have my child’s birthday party here and had no help what so ever. After jumping for an hour, They say our last name and to go to party room, we get there and sat for a good 5 minutes before I had to go find someone to see what is going on. When the employee came, she said that the pizza wasn’t ready yet because we were still supposed to be jumping and that there was an another party with the last name Williams. In my opinion, if you have 2 parties with the same last name, you would specify which one you are calling. Once the pizza and drinks were finally brought in, the girl looked at me and said “do you need anything else?” and left. I have never been anywhere for a birthday party where they don’t serve the pizza, drinks etc. I went to the manager and she was not helpful at all. She said that’s how they do things there and was not friendly at all. I will never go back. Pump it up was a much better experience, they take pictures during the party, cut and serve the cake, serve pizza, icecream, drinks, and help gather the trash while your child is opening presents. And the customer service at pump it up was amazing!!

My little had an absolute blast. He loved jumping in the foam pit.

Nice, fun park. Well organized party groups in color code by the hour. Lot of kid entertainment.

it's okay. not nearly as big as Defy or Sky Zone. didn't have the same fun energy as other trampoline parks. it felt very guarded. also, they're very particular about the grippy socks that you have. I bought some from them, but another person in our party brought their own socks from another jump place and they were turned away. they have a gate at the entrance specifically to turn people away if they don't have the X-Flight socks, kind of annoying but whatever I get it. it's fun for like 30 minutes and then not much after that. it also felt dim as a few of their lights were out. they also don't have lockers to store stuff.
