I had a group of kids with me on 8/17/23 to celebrate a birthday. We were met with great customer service from Brittany who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I didn't catch the guys name who was working out on the trampoline floor, but he was great with the kids. Everything was nice and clean and we will definitely be back!
Great staff! They were very accommodating. My daughters birthday party going as I had planned with the amount of people, and I was feeling bad about it. They noticed and I didn’t have to say anything. Because of their customer service and genuine concern they accommodated us and made everything that much better. We will be returning. Thank you so much!
I LOVED this place when it opened. It’s so sad to see they are not keeping it up. So much duck tape everywhere. A lot of stuff is zip tied. They are just letting it go. They are doing nothing to keep it cool. It’s insanely hot in the jump area but conveniently feels good where they are sitting at the front desk. No employees are walking around or to be seen unless you go to the very front. $7 for 2 bottles of water is insane. I saw only 2 people working. It’s so dirty. Just really sad. We will be going to urban air for now on.
We have been going there monthly, for over a year. Overall, it's a great place. I recommend it to anybody planning a child birthday! Truly a quality place.
We took 63 kids for a field trip to Wippersnaps and had a great experience! The staff and owner made it a wonderful trip. They were very accommodating and friendly. Much better than places we’ve been before and we will be returning. The kids enjoyed every minute.
