My dog Buddy and I have been 4 times in the last month. So far we love it. They have paved walking circles around the entirety of the park with multiple walkoffs for a change of pace. Just please be mindful and carry a plastic bag for your pups droppings, remember children play here as well, and no one wants a poopy child on hands or feet.
Beautiful scenery and great place to take the children or even have a picnic and bring your pets.
Wheeler Park is always an easy choice with the kiddos! I really love that the bathrooms are now open and available and clean!
Why are the Rest Rooms closed at 3:00, how many hours a day does Parks Department work 6AM-3PM ?

Great place to exercise and walk your dog! Plenty of trees for shade.
