Great local park with nice fields, playground, walking trail, and community center. It looks like there are public restrooms in the process of being completed. Would be great if there were some sun coverage.
Nice facility, but as the town grows so does crime. While enjoying the dog park, someone smashed my car window and took my valuables. $500 damages and endless hours on the phone with my insurance company, car dealership, canceling credit cards, drivers license, passport, etc.. While I was foolish for leaving them in a locked car, I never thought something like this would happen in Wendell. Wendell PD took a report but odds are nothing will happen. No security cameras in the park...maybe time for the city to invest in them. Hope whoever stole them enjoys the $2 they got.
My daughter did her gender reveal there, very nice and clean. We had our own space for the whole family and the kids had so much fun playing. I love how she appropriate the playground is, it accommodates all ages! Love it!! It's A GIRL btw!!
An awesome park for both kids and dogs! Similar to Knightdale Station Park without the huge crowd! Very clean park (both childrens playground and dog park).
Went on a walk through the trails. Would have been enjoyable if it wasn’t for the fact that the whole trail is pretty much one big fire ant nest! They are everywhere!!!
