Walmart Supercenter Reviews
Their customer service reps don't even know how to do their jobs. I wanted to do a return using my card and they couldn't figure out how to do it. I wasted time and money. Walmart is too used to self checkout and their employees don't know how to do their jobs. Aldi has a 90 day return policy and actually honors it. Just shop there when you can.
Came to Walmart to the money center to send money to a relative. online it says the money center is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. I went last night after work. At 8:45 and it was closed. None of the customer service representatives working told me when I inquired about the hours that it does not open at at 6 AM as the WEBSITE states but it actually opens at 8 AM. I came to Walmart this morning December 7, 2023 at 5:55 AM waiting to send my money only to be told they do not open till 8AM so I went out to my vehicle and sat for an hour and a half as I was not driving the whole way home and coming back, absolutely unacceptable the young lady working the customer service desk this morning was rude and she acted like I was interrupting her and the whole time I was doing my transaction she was on her cell phone sending text messages back-and-forth to someone actually stopping in the middle of my transaction to read a message that had come through on her phone, this is why I drive the whole way to the Walmart in Newcastle PA instead of Hermitage PA I will never come back out to this Walmart again. I will drive the extra 25 minutes it takes to get to New Castle. There are a lot of nice and helpful workers at the Hermitage Walmart but the bad employees definitely outweigh the bad!! From now on my family, and I will be shopping at the Walmart in New Castle much better customer service. The employees are kind and helpful never giving off a feeling of being bothersome.
Just was at Hermitage, Pa Walmart this evening on Oct. 7th, 2023 around 7ish. I am 46 and my husband is 48, We are not children! We were trying sound bars out to buy one for at home. Girl that was working that area came over and told us to NOT play it loud at all because it was bothering other people! Are you kidding me! We wanted to see how well they played before buying one! My husband was Pissed and I also. Went to Customer service desk to talk to a Manager about incident. She said the girl was New and didn't seemed pleased about the girl but never said she would do anything about the incident. We left our buggy sitting there and walked out! It's just ridiculous!! Better hire better workers who actually want to sell stuff and NOT complain about people trying out stuff to potentially buy. Calling corporate when I get home. This was down right ridiculous and disgusting!
Didn't have what I was looking for, of course that's not new. Just like wanting customers to use their self check and then check your receipts when leaving, they want you to purchase products online. I wonder how long it will take for them to send someone to check your receipts for an on line purchase.
Walmart was my go to place to shop until they started practically accusing their customers of theft. I do not agree with the recipt checkers and will not shop regularly until they are gone. If youre going to treat me like a criminal you dont need my money.
