Velocity 360 Fun Zone

We've been here several times and my children love it! I like that it is very clean and there are staff members walking around the whole time. I also like how I can pay one price and they can do everything. My children love that they have the choice between trampoline stuff, indoor playground and a ninja course.

We found ourselves back for another birthday party. The first one was for our 3 year old last October!nnThe establishment is pretty squeaky new. It has three areas of play, but for the purpose of birthday party packages for toddlers, the play area is more than enough for endless entertainment. It offers a giant storied play place with things to jump on, swing from, crawl, slide, you name it! I love that there's also a gated area for the very small. I'm talking crawling babies small. Up top, offers a place for adults to supervise from above and enjoy a beverage. There is also a place you can buy drinks and snacks from on the ground level since you cannot bring your own from outside.nnBirthday packages are pretty pricy, but takes most of the work out for you from having to worry about food and drinks. They allow you to bring in your own decorations and cake, but there isn't a lot of time to set up since you can't go in before 11am (aka when they're open). If you can spin it, it's a great option for a toddler birthday party.

Do NOT pay for the all day price! They will lie and tell you can leave and come back to sell the expensive all day pass. I asked multiple times and the 2 workers there (a Tuesday) before I left and was told their hours so I knew I could come back. Bait and switch liars!nnAnd not a single person was in there an hour before they close and my autistic 4 year old was excited to come back on his birthday after getting some food. Kaitlyn worker replacing the nice younger male was a unbelievable RUDE. She is a nasty liar and horribly rude. Do NOT trust them at all.nnDo yourself favor when the parking lot is empty, there is a reason, go to their competitors. They may not be as big or new but their workers are much nicer and you are not lied to unlike this business!nnResponse to the company: Go look at the video multiple times I was told that i could re-enter as as well was my Husband! Complete lies!

We just had my daughter’s birthday party here and everything went smoothly. We’ve been to this place many times before and my daughter just loves it. It is so clean, the trampolines and indoor playground are amazing, the sky zone is great for parents to get up there and have a few beers. They were able to accommodate the 20 kids, plus all the adults we had for our party. The party hostess was so helpful and friendly. She let us know they would clean everything up after the party was over. We did pay for an extra hour of play time and an extra hour of the party room, although it was a little pricey for the extra time, it was all worth it. We will def throw another birthday party here.

I have recommended this place to several friends and family. I also have a viral tiktok of Velocity where I recommended my followers to visit Velocity. I have been a reoccurring customer and have been a customer at Velocity's for 2 years until today. Today, I was talked to by the shift supervisor in a very disrespectful manner over socks and in front of my children. Every time I visit Velocity, I have always brought grip socks for my son. However, the shift supervisor insisted that I purchase a new pair of $12 socks for my son. He said that I could not allow my son to wear the grip socks I brought for him because they were not Velocity branded and that if I were a reoccurring customer, I would know the rules. He called me a liar. He argued with me over SOCKS! He was SO disrespectful. It was embarrassing and not right at all! And while he was arguing with me, there were two little white girls running around without socks on their feet. Was it racially movtivated? Is it because my children are black? I will never visit Velocity again due to poor customer service and racisim.nnHere is a photo from a previous visit of my son as well as others wearing different branded socks. Yet I am a liar! And to be fair, this was my first time ever encountering this supervisor.
