Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Went to urban air for the first time for my grandson's birthday party. Nice place. Lots for energetic young one to do. He enjoyed the ball pit. We had someone assigned to our room. Pizza, wings, and pop makes for happy kiddos, though they got back to playing very quickly after. Had a good time.
Great time at Urban Air! The kids can play for hours. it is a bit pricey that is my only complaint. I would choose this place over skyzone any day!nnStaff is stationed at all attractions and attentive. I went to sky zone one time and watched a little kid get punched. overheard 2 managers getting pulled over to address fights. after that, I was a little cautious of trampoline parks, but I'm glad I gave Urban Air a shot. it was a completely different experience. Clean, professional, no incidents witnessed. They even have a decent snack bar selection of drinks and food.
Urban Air itself is amazing. There are so many different activities to do, that you could spend all day playing...belay rockwall climbing, an indoor playground, multiple areas of trampolines, 4 ninja warrior style obstacle courses, and a mini arcade. You get a lot of fun, but at a pretty steep price, in my opinion; I highly recommend searching out coupons or seeing when their discounted prices pop up (we got 40% off today with a code from their website). The minimum height for most of their bigger fun stuff is 41 inches, so my 4yr old was a little disappointed he couldn't do all the activities that his big brother could.nnMy biggest complaint is that there were unsupervised kids there wreaking havoc. I talked to a group of 10-12yr old boys that were playing in an area they were too big for by the facility recommendations, because they were flying around, like kids do, but knocked over 2 other kids in the 6-8yr old age range in the process. Much like most children's entertainment activities anymore, the unsupervised children were problematic. My boys and I were still able to have a good time; we just avoided the groups that seemed to cause the most issues and played elsewhere if they came to where we were.
A LOT cleaner than the Overland Park location. Better staff who are actually managing and overseeing the play areas. Definitely recommend this location. One down side is the Basic pass only allows children to minimal play areas. Invest in the annual for the platinum if you are local. Overall friendly staff and clean location with plenty of seating for parents.
I love bringing my kids here. Sometimes it can be to busy for my taste but that’s expected. Kids always have fun. The membership is a great deal especially if you go often.nThis trip I sat near the party area and watch a worker Liz work hard running these party rooms. If I have a party there I really will ask her for as our hostess.nnI generally have great experiences with employees when we’re here. So thumbs up to all. Thank YounnI will comment that I did buy ticket online ahead of time but then charged a convenience fee. I hate that, I figured it would be something that helps the store out not having to deal with the purchasing in person. But next time I need to buy an extra ticket for a friend I’ll buy when we arrive.
