Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Urban is a fun place to take the kids for a few hours to burn their energy lol.  My daughters, age 7 and 3, had an absolute blast!nnWe first went here for a birthday party.  It's a great place to holds kid party, they have party room available for rental and will save you time to clean o after lolnnThey have so much different activity to do!nnI wonder how much a yearly membership lolnnThe only complaint, the bathroom probably needs an update lol

We hosted a birthday party for our daughter at the Bloomingdale location on a weekend. However, we were not so impressed.nn1. The place is poorly staffed.nn2. Activities that need safety stripes are too much delayed because one person works at each point. For safety reasons, such points should have a minimum of two workers. That helps on safety and speed of activities for the children.nn3. Lack of party monitoring personnel. If you host parties and have a personal touch, more sales will happen, and happy guests at the end of the day will offer better tips for the employees.nn4. The majority of employees are young people who need better supervision by adults, which is completely missing. However, these young workers are well disciplined.nn5. PIZZA! Oh, Lord, have mercy. The place has the worst pizza I have ever consumed. Please get a chef/cook to better the dish. Otherwise, bad food is a business killer.nnThe place can improve with better staffing, better lighting, clean floor, and staff giving a personal touch to improve guests' experience.

My 2 daughters, who are 7 and 4,nhad an absolute blast here!nnWe purchased a yearly membership which allows entrance any day with reservation, and a free slice of pizza for each every time we go!

It was terrible. :(nFortunately, my daughter is a kid and she doesn't care a lot about the organizational failures. Even so, she was upset about going to go jumping with a big delay at her Birthday party!rSo, we booked a party room for 3 hours, but the kids could go to jump only after 45 minutes!!! 45 idle minutes for kids and our guests!!! And it is because of the ruined check-in process. Some guests waited for about 15 minutes near the countertop, then they were invited to the room, but afterward, they waited again near the countertop to get socks and bracelets. The check-in process became hell!nAs a result, 25% of the booked time was a total stress for me.nThe next surprise was that they didn't have a knife and a lighter for a cake! Come on, that's just something must-have for party rooms!!! Enormous stress again...nAfter they ruined the main part of the Birthday party it wasn't the end still... The girl came in and told us that we had 15 minutes remaining, after 1 hour and 45 minutes. She told it very loudly, so everyone could hear it clearly. I told her politely that she should double-check it, as we booked 3 hours. She checked and came back with apologies, that had no sense already. Some of the guests left in a bit more than 2 hours from the start.nThey ruined the party, so they are black-listed for me now.nP.S. Writing this review a few days after the party, but negative emotions are still going out.

We just had my son’s birthday party there today and we had an amazing experience. Ariana was our party host who literally took care of everything. She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Our pizza arrived the time we asked for it to come and it was delicious. Everything was great. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so special Ariana!!!
