Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I took my son for the first time recently to celebrate his birthday. Check in was pretty simple. It a nice experience for both kids and adults. We had a great time, my son really enjoyed himself. He especially loved the dodge ball area. The owner was really nice, he gave my son a free T-shirt. My two reasons for not giving 5 stars was the fact that some of the employees were very rude and no one was supervising all of the areas. My son was in the dodgeball area for the most part and a kid was trying to fight just because someone hit him with the ball…I mean it is dodgeball. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and my son definitely wants to come back.

Big shout out to Josh (the owner) We came last summer and did not have a good experience at all. He offered for us to come back, so he could make it right. Long story short-we moved an hour away before we got a chance to go back. Fast forward to today, the kids were bored and wanted to get out of the house. I dug through my emails and found Josh's number. I gave him a call and he said to come on in-it was on the house. Went back today and truly enjoyed it. Thanks again Josh, for making things right even over a year later. I honestly didn't expect the offer to be open anymore, but we absolutely appreciate you allowing us to bring our girls back tonight.

So they did let people schedule and buy their tickets. When we got there it was closed, a lot of people were standing outside the door and were told they don’t open until 4 even though they sold the tickets to the people.nnAccording to a employee who showed up they will not refund any of the people who bought tickets even though they accepted the scheduling!nnNot even answering their phone to tel people what’s going on.nnThere were multiple people who scheduled a birthday party at this place for 10 am and now are being told not until 4 pm and no refund ?nnCustomer service is horrible as well as the communication and punishing customers for their staffs fault is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would not recommend this place.nn[update]nnCorporate office in Texas also said that they are in the wrong for false advertising opening ours and not providing the service people payed for.nnIf you had that issue you are by law entitled to your refund!!!nn[update]nThe local venue does not answer their phone mailbox is full even though corporate did answer. Also, very interesting. Is that everyone who was there had a confirmation email stating 10 o’clock and all of a sudden they change their online hours .nnVery shady business

It was clean, nice, and really easy to maneuver around with 2 house ridden kids pumpes full of energy and everything is kid friendly. Whether you want to sit and chill or join in with the kids we had a blast!

My kids love urban air! Very nice staff! We had a little issue and Jackson, the gm, made it right for us right away with such an awesome and caring attitude.
