Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Let me preface this by saying our child loves this place but from a parents perspective this place is sub-par. They claim to be the cleanest indoor theme park but it's quite disgusting. There is gum stuck on pretty much all of the floor. The under 7 area is littered with popcorn, dust, hair, broken equipment, and poor lighting. in one section there is exposed nails on the top where an adult could easily cut their head on. The ball pit has gum and other substances stuck to the majority of the balls. Two obstacles in that section are broken and in need of repair. The facility is managed by a bunch of teens who have no leadership to keep this facility running smoothly. We have memberships, but are definitely thinking of canceling. Ive also sent emails to them about these issues and have never recieved responses. The front entrance has no security to make sure kids are not just running out or leaving with someone they didn't arrive with.
Kids always love this place! It’s kept fairly clean compared to other locations visited and other brands. All employees that we have interacted with have been friendly and patient. This location is fairly new and all activities are still looking great. Virtual games and laser tag is unique to this location. Only negative is that during peak hours they’re severally understaffed, which poses great danger for the little jumpers as bigger jumpers and adults aren’t always careful around them or following the 1/trampoline tule.
Kids loved it but are all sick now. It was filthy and hours went by before employees got to cleaning spills and table tops, chairs kept being overturned and employees just walked by. Throw up in the 7 and under section that took a long time for an employee to notice and address it, they only spot cleaned it. The whole thing needed to be cleaned as you could see the tracked around wet spots. Bathrooms reflected those conditions. Looking at the floor mats and ropes you can see it looks like they don't sanitize and clean the attractions well or maybe not often enough. We were glad for the many hand sanitizer locations but that was really no defense here Might try another location but won't be returning to the Brandon location. Food was good we had pizza and icees.
Urban Air Adventure Park in Brandon, Florida, is a real hit for kids. They've got everything - an obstacle course, trampolines, a climbing hill. It's a total playground for the young ones.nnThe cost was around $60 on three pairs of sticky socks plus admission, which I think is a solid deal for a whole day's worth of fun, even without re-entry. It's a no-brainer in the Florida summer heat. Got small kids? Get there early, like 10 o'clock, before it gets packed with the older crowd by lunchtime.nnOnly thing missing? A virtual reality machine. That's a star gone right there. But overall, this park's got potential. It's a good spot for a family day out and we're definitely planning on going back for more fun as the kids get older.
This place is a kids paradise. It’s fun and busy. So many options to choose from. I would recommend the kids be 5 and up. My 3 year old only bounced on the trampolines. Everything else was a little challenging.nNo complaints. Love it and will be back
